Terms and Conditions:
The minimum quantity of quotations required to be submitted will be 400.
The purpose of this tender is to acquire high-quality computer systems that meet the specified requirements.
Only registered vendors, authorized dealers, or manufacturers with experience in supplying computer systems are eligible to submit quotations.
The vendor must provide proof of registration and relevant certifications (e.g., tax identification number, business license).
The vendor is expected to supply and deliver computer systems as per the specifications given above.
The vendor must also provide installation and configuration services as required.
The vendor shall offer maintenance services for the computer systems for a period of 3 to 5 years post-installation.
- The last date for submission of the quotations is 26/03/2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
- Purchase Order shall be issued according to the need of the constituent Institute of the Sankalchand Patel University
