Rules and Regulations
- Eligibility
- Open to all university and college students.
- Students from any field or stream can participate.
- Participants must carry a valid student ID card for verification.
- Team Formation
- Team size must be between 1 to 5 members.
- A team of 5 should include 1 team leader and 4 team members.
- Venue Guidelines
- Participants must stay at the venue for the entire duration of the hackathon.
- Exits are allowed only during official lunch and tea breaks.
- Maintain discipline and professional behavior at all times.
- Entry and exit will be monitored for security purposes.
- Device Usage
- Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptops and devices.
- PCs will be provided only to those who cannot bring their own.
- Participants must bring their own chargers and extension boards.
- The safety and maintenance of personal devices is the participant’s responsibility.
- Power and Internet
- Power outlets will be available at the venue.
- High-speed internet will be provided to all participants.
- Participants are advised to carry extension boards to ensure enough ports.
- Food Arrangements
- Breakfast and lunch will be provided to all participants.
- Development Rules
- Use of open-source libraries and publicly available APIs is allowed.
- Projects must be original and built by the team members.
- Judging Criteria
- Technical Implementation – Quality of code and proper use of technology.
- User Experience and Design – Simplicity, usability, and interface design.
- Real-World Impact – Practical usefulness and problem-solving ability.
- Clarity and Quality of Presentation – Clear explanation, structured demo, and answering judge’s questions.
- Disqualification Grounds
- Cheating, plagiarism, or misbehavior.

Teams should consist of 1-5 members. You can form teams with your friends or we can help you find teammates during the registration process.
What kind of food will be provided during the hackathon?
We provide all meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner & high tea. The menu includes a variety of vegetarian and options to cater to different dietary preferences.
Can participants leave the venue during the hackathon?
Participants are encouraged to stay at the venue for the full duration to maximize collaboration and learning. However, if you need to leave temporarily for urgent matters, please inform the organizers.
Will internet connectivity be provided?
